- Will I get better results using neuLASH twice a day?
- No. A daily application is all that is needed. Additional applications are not recommended.
- What if I forget to apply neuLASH one night?
- Simply apply the next night, but keep in mind that a consistent routine is key to faster results.
- Is neuLASH safe?
- Yes. It has been ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and found to be safe and non-irritating. However, as with any cosmetic, some individuals may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients. Discontinue use and consult your physician immediately if you suspect that you may be having an allergic reaction.
- I’m pregnant. Is neuLASH safe for me?
- neuLASH has not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Please consult your physician before using it.
- Can I use neuLASH if I wear contact lenses?
- Yes. neuLASH is ophthalmologist-tested and found to be safe and non-irritating, making it suitable for contact lens wearers.
- Can I wear makeup with neuLASH?
- Yes. For best results, allow neuLASH to dry before applying makeup.
- Can I use neuLASH if I have eyelash extensions?
- Yes. neuLASH is suitable to use with eyelash extensions. It helps enhance your natural lashes without affecting the condition of the extensions.
- Is neuLASH suitable for men?
- Yes. The clear, transparent formula is designed for both women and men.
- What should I do if I get neuLASH in my eyes?
- Rinse the eye with plenty of water. Consult your physician if irritation from direct contact occurs and persists.
- My lashline tingles when I apply neuLASH. Is that normal?
- A mild tingling sensation is normal and should diminish with use – apply every other day if this occurs. Please discontinue use and consult your physician if tingling persists or is associated with redness or irritation.
- When should I stop using neuLASH?
- Continue using neuLASH to maintain the healthy appearance of your lashes. Once desired results are achieved, every other day application will maintain the beautiful look of your lashes.
- How long will neuLASH last?
- Used as directed, a 3.2ml size should last approximately 60-90 days. A 6ml size should last about 120-180 days.
